Not long after SSSS.GRIDMAN shipped out, it seems early stock for ZOMBIE LAND SAGA also surfaced so it’s here earlier than expected. This release is the second of Manga Entertainment’s UK replica releases of Funimation’s limited edition sets for their 2020 slate.

Otaku Collection Haul for January 2020
We start off 2020 with a lot more anime than I had anticipated. Basically, we have delayed items, early arrivals and some anime I bought at the right time. For this update, we have 14 anime titles. Yep, that’s right.

The second batch of OVA episodes for the Gundam Origin series has finally landed in the UK. I was lucky enough to pre-order this via MVM’s sale as I wasn’t able to do so with the usual Early Bird last year.

A third-party seller on Amazon had a bunch of Funimation titles that have been out of print for many years. This particular series is one that I had wanted to own since 2013 and now I can finally watch it.

April 2020 Solicitations for Funimation & Sentai Filmworks
A lot more progress has been put towards newer releases this time around for both distributors. Of course, we also have more titles re-released that were initially in the S.A.V.E. vault which is a nice bonus. Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion III: Glorification (Collector’s Edition Blu-ray) Unboxing
The third and final Code Geass re-telling movie made it in the UK just in time for the home video release of Re;surrection in the US. At least Anime Limited caught up in time.
