Q4 2023 Solicitations for UK Anime Home Video Releases

Welcome to the forth quarter of the year release slate, and the final few months of 2023 for anime releases in the UK.

The distributors covered in this batch will be from Anime Limited, Crunchyroll UK and MVM Entertainment. This batch will cover all of the releases scheduled for October, November & December 2023. Any delays will be listed under the release date adjustments section above the line-up, which tends to happen.

Each title below will have retailer links when available, and the artwork featured I always provide the finalised version whenever possible (so if a title doesn’t have artwork then what’s shown on other sites isn’t final, though some non-final artwork may be displayed here if the release came out without any updated artwork).

The schedule below is updated as of Sunday 17th December 2023.

Anime Limited jumped the gun as there is an English dub in the works currently by Sentai Filmworks. In addition, due to how it was authored in North America by Sentai Filmworks (which Anime Limited are re-using), the framerate is encoded incorrectly during each episode in 30fps (due to the theme songs) than the original 24fps. This results in jittering effects when you watch the series, especially when the camera shifts or people move around in various scenes.
