Welcome to the December 2021 US industry release schedule post for 2021 on this blog. Like before, this is about covering the latest home video releases for anime coming to the United States via distributors like Aniplex of America, Discotek Media, Funimation and Sentai Filmworks.
This batch will cover all of the releases scheduled for December, so if a series or film is scheduled or pushed back to 2022 onwards, then they’ll be listed under the Coming Soon section instead.
Funimation titles will be announced first (around 14th-18th), followed by Sentai Filmworks (around 21st-30th) and Discotek (end of the month to early next month). Aniplex is irregular so there may be months with nothing planned from them at all.
Each title below will have links when available, and all prices listed below don’t include VAT or Customs. Finalised artwork will be presented below when available (with some exceptions).
The schedule below is up-to-date as of Saturday 2nd October 2021.
